Community Service

Our Chapter encourages volunteer service by our members for the benefit of the community.

PAST Chapter Activities Include:

Support of a local food pantry

Donations of white socks, stamps, soap, calendars and monetary contributions to the Lebanon Veterans Hospital

Contributions to a School Backpack Program providing weekend meals for needy students

Support of a summer lunch program

Assistance to a Back to School Project which provided needy students with a haircut, new outfit and shoes

Support of Mennonite Disaster Services School Backpack Program

Volunteer of the Year Award

Our Community Services Committee tallies the responses of individual chapter members about their service and recognizes the member who has the most hours served within the calendar year.  Our Chapter recognized Kimberly Grundon at the Fall 2023 meeting for her 412 hours of service.  CONGRATULATIONS, Kimberly!
